All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping. Our products are liable for GST in India.

Shipping Policy

Please allow minimum 5 to 7 working days   from receipt of your order in metro cities.8 to 12 working days for non- metro cities.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Order cancellations are not accepted beyond 12 hours of placing an order. In case of cancellation of order within the timeline, you will be charged applicable payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. In case the order has already been dispatched, courier charges to and fro will also be deducted from the balance.

 

Returns Policy

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise within 7 days of the date of delivery of the shipment. To return any items, please email us at info@vedicbiostore.com.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, with the product in an unopened, saleable condition. Courier charges to and fro and payment gateway charges will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any used, damaged or opened products. Vedicbiostore is not responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported by email with an attached image on the day of delivery on info@vedicbiostore.com
